The Wii Shop Channel only gets two games this week. One for the Virtual Console, and one for WiiWare. The VC game is Kirby's Dreamland 3, a classic Nintendo title, and the Wiiware title is called Sandy Beach by Konami. In this game you, get this, build sand castles. In case you missed this when it was announced and need a present for a kid out there who has the Wii and all the worthy games, you might wanna check this out. Good old Nerf, the people who brought us the soft footballs that could fly farther than real footballs, have teamed up with Nintendo to create the Nerf N-Strike. In this game,you use the Wiimote to attach to a gun-shaped Nerf adapter and use it to shoot virtual Nerfdarts at the computer or a second player. Just a real cool present for the Holiday Season for those who need.

The new Club Nintendo homepage that is set to launch soon on the Wii now has a homepage. There is nothing on the page yet, other then the standard coming soon information, but it should go live soon.

Nintendo has told Edge that the Wii Horrorscope channel will not be available in Europe. What makes it even more ironic is that Europe is especially tolerant of things like horrorscopes, etc, so why Nintendo is deciding not to release it overseas is a mystery to us.

Once again, despite Reggie Fils-aime's claims that there will be more than enough Wii consoles to go aroudn this Holiday season, eBay just released info stating that the Wii is the most searched item on the entire site. Go figure. And kudos to Nintendo for making their own machine that prints money.
